First you'll need:
1 Cup flour (all-purpose)
3/4 Cup whole wheat flour
1/2 Cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 Cup mashed bananas
1/2 Cup milk
1/3 Cup oil
1 egg, slightly beaten
Heat oven to 400 F. Grease bottoms only of 12 muffin cups or line with paper baking cups.
In large bowl, combine all dry ingredients; stir in remaining ingredients just until dry particles are moistened. Fill prepared muffin cups 1/3 full. Bake at 400 F for 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan. Makes 12 muffins.
